The MikroTik wAP ax LTE7 is a small, weatherproof wireless access point equipped with an integrated Category 7 LTE modem and dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) connectivity. The built-in LTE modem supports 2G, 3G, and 4G/LTE networks, delivering download speeds up to 300 Mbps and upload speeds up to 150 Mbps through carrier aggregation. This makes it a suitable solution for primary internet access in locations without traditional broadband or as a reliable failover connection. The dual-band Wi-Fi 6 functionality provides high-speed wireless access on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, increasing network efficiency and capacity for multiple devices.
