The 3M Scotch 23 Self-Amalgamating Tape is a 19mm wide, 10m roll designed for electrical insulation and cable repair. This tape fuses into a solid rubber mass when stretched and wrapped, providing a waterproof seal that resists moisture, chemicals, and UV radiation. It is suitable for high voltage applications and does not require a primer. The tape remains flexible in cold temperatures and does not dry out or crack over time.
